Telemedicine (also known as telehealth) allows our staff to meet with you virtually over video or telephone.
To schedule a telemedicine appointment:
1.) Ensure that you have access to either a computer or smart phone with reliable internet connectivity for the visit.
2.) Click here to request a telemedicine evaluation. If you meet the criteria for a telemedicine visit, you will be given a time and directions on how to log into our telemedicine portal.
3.) Please ensure that you have a confirmed appointment time with the office staff. You MUST speak with a staff member directly to do this.
4.) On the day of the appointment, click on the provider’s name below at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You will enter the provider’s waiting room and they will join the call as soon as they are available.
